- 2 Letters of Reccommendation
Submit 2 letters of recommendation that address your ability to effectively participate in the VIEW, NYC or Brussels program. Each recommendation should be submitted in a sealed envelope signed across the seal OR emailed directly from the recommender to the Office of Active Citizenship and Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) with "VIEW, NYC or Brussels 2014 YOUR NAME" in the subject line. Recommendations MUST be submitted as a part of your application packet.
Submit your most recent transcripts from ALL institutions from which you have earned college credit. You can request transcripts from the Vanderbilt Office of the Registrar. First-year students who have not yet completed a semester of college must submit midterm grades certified by each professor and an official high school transcript. (You may submit your transcripts online on page 4 of the application form.)

If you believe you will be in need of financial assistance to cover the VIEW, NYC or Brussels program fee, please complete the Financial Aid form that can be found HERE. Please submit this form with your Internship Application on page 4 of the application form. We will not be accepting financial aid requests are the application deadline.
The application fee is $50. This fee is non refundable and cannot be applied toward the VIEW/NYC/Brussels program fee. Please make your check or money order payable to Vanderbilt University and inclue VIEW/NYC/BRUSSELS PROGRAM in the memorandum. DO NOT send cash.
