Oligodendrocyte Differentiation

We use time lapse imaging, conditional manipulation of gene function and gene expression profiling to investigate the mechanisms that regulate transformation of proliferative oligodendrocyte progenitor cells into oligodendrocytes and how oligodendrocytes recognize and wrap their target axons.
