My primary research interest is using imaging genetics to investigate the genetic and neural bases of cognitive and affective disorders, particularly those with a neurodevelopmental component.

During my graduate training in neuroscience and biomedical informatics, I focused on statistical genetics and genetic epidemiology, as well as on computational methodologies for detecting heterogeneity and gene-gene and gene-environment interactions.

I have used my postdoctoral training to acquire expertise in the design and statistical analysis of functional magnetic resonance imaging studies in neurodevelopmental disorders.
