Undergraduate Research Assistant, Auburn University. Spring and Summer Semesters, 2003. Assisted in development of PerRoad software for design and analysis of extended life hot mix asphalt pavements.
Graduate Student Researcher, University of California Berkeley. Summer 2004. Performed model validation study of permanent deformation in asphalt concrete for 2002 AASHTO design guide using WesTrack field data.
Graduate Student Researcher, University of California, Berkeley. 2004-2005 academic year. Developed models for Portland cement concrete pavement cracking for CalTrans Pavement Management System.
