The Literature of Comparative Judicial Politics: A 118 Year Survey

This paper is an extensive review with bibliography of the literature of Comparative Judicial Politics over a 118 year period.  It is available in Microsoft Word form so that interested users can easily cut and past items from the bibliography.  The paper has been slightly updated since it was presented at the Triennial World Congress of the International Political Science Association in Fukuoka, Japan in 2006, but it is by now a year or so out of date in some areas.  Please contact me if you find errors or wish to bring my attention to omissions.  I hope the work is useful to you.  - Neal
