He is also responsible for research finance and compliance, facilities and administrative service center rates, university central fixed asset management, credit card processing and payment card industry compliance.

Frank has responsibility for campus dining including Rand Dining and the Commons Centers, Varsity Market convenience stores, vending, and catering. He also has responsibility for the Commodore Card office providing the university identification cards along with the debit and access systems, the bookstores (both campus and medical center), and post offices located at Rand (Station B) and the Commons Center.

Matt has responsibility for network and telecommunications infrastructure, operator services, network services, application hosting, infrastructure development, service delivery and project management, information protection, and end-user services including help desk, training, and residential networks.
