These photos are from the Colorado River Extensional Corridor, southern Nevada. This is the area where Calvin Miller's students have worked for the last few decades. My master's research focused on Spirit Mountain, but I have been lucky enough to visit many geological and asthetically amazing sites in the area since I started my work at Vanderbilt in 2004.
