Your presentation should be twenty minutes long. A laptop with digital projector, a TV with DVD player and VCR, and an overhead projector will all be available for your use.
Breakfast: Bagels, fruit, and similar breakfast foods will be provided Friday and Saturday mornings at 9:30 before the conference begins.
Lunch: Box lunches will be provided both days for all conference participants. Friday's sandwiches will come from Bread and Company, and Saturday's will come from
Provence.
Dinner: The reception at the Robert Penn Warren Center on Friday night will offer heavy h'or deurves and drinks, and the dinner Saturday night at the home of Jonathan Lamb and Bridget Orr will be a catered, buffet-style dinner.
Snacks and Drinks: Cookies and fruit will be available as snacks during the breaks. Coffee, hot tea, soft drinks, and water will be available throughout the conference.
If you are presenting a paper at the conference, you may be reimbursed for the costs incurred when purchasing an economy airline ticket to the conference. Please bring your airline receipts with you to Nashville. We will have you fill out the necessary paperwork, and your reimbursement check will be mailed to you after the conference.
