Posted 11/22/2010
Recent Peabody Ph.D grad Jonathan Wai won a 2010 Mensa Award for Excellence in Research for work published in the Journal of Educational Psychology on the role of spatial ability in the development of gifted children and adults. Jonathan and his fellow researchers found that adolescents who have a high degree of spatial ability are more likely to achieve degrees and pursue occupations in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Jonathan recently graduated from the Quantitative methods program under the supervision of David Lubinski.
