Your 2007 W-2 has been mailed   printer  

Your 2007 W-2 has been mailed to your most current mailing address on file with Human Resources. The W-2 Hotline (322-3100 or 2-3100 on campus) is available again this year to assist you with questions or problems.  Please allow the U.S. Postal Service until February 1st to deliver your W-2. If you have not received your W-2 after this date, you may request a replacement by completing a W-2 Replacement Request form.  
 
To ensure the confidentiality of your information, Human Resources does not fax W-2 copies. The replacement may be picked up at the HR Processing Office (975 Baker Building) with a picture ID, or mailed to the address printed on the W-2.
 
The “How to Read Your W2” document will assist you in reconciling the amounts on your W2 with your final paystub of 2007.
 
Please note that (per IRS guidelines) 403(b) amounts shown in Box 12 include only VOLUNTARY contributions to the plan and DO NOT include MANDATORY contributions to the 403(b) plan.
