The 3-minute video gives an overview of what goes into ITS strategic planning. It provides a glimpse into the all-day kickoff meeting, held in February. The ITS management team met to outline and integrate the direction of information technology at Vanderbilt.

“The integrated planning session addresses the strategic development and direction of all ITS products and services, as well as changes in the IT industry and user demands,” said Rich Germano, Senior Director and Chief Operating Officer of ITS.
