Video: Pierre Colas Memorial Service

Watch with Windows Media Player or with Real Player A memorial service for Pierre Colas, a Vanderbilt anthropologist who died earlier in the semester, was held on Oct. 29 at in Benton Chapel. Members of the Colas family were present, and Colas' colleagues, students and friends shared their memories. Colas, 32, died from a gunshot wound he suffered during a robbery at his East Nashville home Aug. 26. His sister Marie, 27, died Aug. 31 from the gunshot wound she suffered during the attack. Four persons believed responsible for the attacks have been charged with criminal homicide. The Anthropology Department has posted a tribute to Pierre Colas' life at: http://www.vanderbilt.edu/anthro/faculty/remembering_pierre.
