Listen to a forum on complying with federal research regulations
Listen to a Nov. 11, 2007, forum with Vanderbilt administrators and compliance officers about compliance with federal regulations and what university faculty and staff need to know about this critical and complex issue, and he political and regulatory environment that drives these regulations.
Michael Schoenfeld, vice chancellor for public affairs, moderated the forum. The panelists were: Dennis Hall, associate provost for research and graduate education; John Callison, senior deputy general counsel; Jerry Fife, assistant vice chancellor for contract and grant accounting; and Jeff Vincent, assistant vice chancellor for federal relations.
This is the second in a series of briefings on federal policy issues that are important to Vanderbilt. The first, held last June, considered the very timely issue of federal student aid policy, including relationships between universities and lenders.
