Encountering the Distressed Customer training offered March 22

We deal with all kinds of people; some are kind and appreciative, while others are abusive and hostile. They may be dealing with fear, pain, grief, guilt or depression. Some may just be downright rude people. This workshop is designed to help front line staff understand and defuse these situations before they get out of hand.
