Encore showing of Sam Phillips documentary March 19

For those who missed the recent Sarratt Cinema screening of Sam Phillips: The Man Who Invented Rock and Roll because of a sudden snowstorm, an encore showing has been scheduled at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
Peter Guralnick, writer-in-residence at Vanderbilt and author of biographies of Elvis Presley, Sam Cooke and an upcoming book on Phillips, will introduce the documentary and take questions after the screening.
The 2 p.m. Saturday, March 19, screening is free and open to the public. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is at 222 5th Ave. S. in Nashville.
