McMillan invited to state Supreme Court advisory committee

Elise McMillan, Vanderbilt Kennedy Center director of community outreach; co-director, University Center of Excellence in Developmental Disabilities; senior associate in psychiatry, has been invited to serve on the Disability and Language Barriers Advisory Committee of the Tennessee Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission. The committee's directives include addressing access issues within the legal/judicial systems related to disability and language barriers; consideration of revisions to policies, forms, procedures and Tennessee Supreme Court Rules; and development and dissemination of information to its target audience to address these issues.
