Work/Life Connections-EAP open Saturday for drop-in appointments

Vanderbilt’s Work/Life Connections-EAP office will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 8, for employees in need of disaster relief assistance. No appointments are needed.
Following historic flooding in Nashville during the weekend of May 1-2, Work/Life Connections-EAP opened Monday, May 3, ready to assess needs and provide support and psychological first aid services to affected members of the Vanderbilt community.
Gift cards to help alleviate disaster-related losses were immediately available through the Vanderbilt Faculty Staff Hardship Fund.
In addition, Work/Life Connections-EAP counselors are providing updated information and referrals to appropriate community resources.
