All employees who eat, travel and/or who assist in making travel arrangements for others should attend.Procurement Services is offering a training session on the Vanderbilt Travel Web site featuring the addition of our Restaurant/Catering Rewards program.
Learn to use the new Travel Portal effectively; how to save money on restaurants and catering, how to book trips online efficiently and cost effectively; when to use a travel agency and maximize their effort; how to protect yourself from errors, second-guessing and unexpected fees or charges. Valuable for both business and vacation travel.
The session is scheduled for Nov. 11, 2 - 3:15 p.m.. Light Hall, Room 512
