Vanderbilt senior named Miss Tennessee International

Vanderbilt senior Jensen Hart, Miss Music City, captured the title of Miss Tennessee International 2010 on Sept. 27 in Cookeville, Tenn. The Atlanta native majors in molecular and cellular biology and has minors in chemistry and child development. An aspiring physician, Hart is a founding member of Vanderbilt’s Rescue and Aid for the Dominican Republic (RADR) organization, which seeks to expand awareness of global health issues and has partnered with Chlidren of the Nations to build a medical laboratory in the rural Dominican Republic.
