Be a good environmental citizen and help us save printing and mailing costs by opting out of the mailed booklet. You can view the Open Enrollment booklet on the HR Web site in September, so you will have easy online access to 2010 benefits information without having to wait for the booklet to arrive in your home mailbox.

To opt out, simply e-mail your Vanderbilt Employee ID (found at the top of your paycheck information either on the printed version or online), name and home mailing address to hr-optout@vanderbilt.edu by Aug. 26 to remove your name from the Open Enrollment mailing list.

If you prefer to still receive the mailed booklet, you should check to be sure Human Resources has your correct mailing address by logging in to C2HR and clicking on the “Personal Profile” tab. If a change/correction is needed, click “Edit” to make your changes. Be sure to click all the way through to “Confirm” your changes.

Open Enrollment will take place Oct. 1–15, 2009. Find more information at http://hr.vanderbilt.edu/benefits/oe.htm
