Procurement names primary gas supplier

Procurement Services is pleased to announce A-L Gases as Vanderbilt’s primary approved supplier for packaged/compressed gases for the university and hospital.

After a competitive bid process, A-L Gases was named our primary approved supplier for all packaged and compressed gases.  Benefits of  the new five-year contract include:

•    Reduced pricing for commonly ordered gases

•    Next day delivery for most gases
•    Locally owned and operated
•    Small Business supplier
•    Pricing held firm for two years*
*Helium excluded
