Art Department exhibit runs June 3-July 31

A new exibit by the Department of Art is opening in the E. Bronson Ingram Studio Art Center.

The More Art, Less Filler II: The Faculty Selects exhibit also features selected works on loan from local artists. Represented in the show are Sally Brogden, Zoë Charlton, Miguel Cortez, Chris Dean, Tim Dooley, Lanie Gannon, Johan Hagaman, Farrar Hood, Erin Elizabeth Jones, Jessica Jones, Frank Martin, J. Powell Miller, Craig Nutt, Peter Rose, Cynthia Wallace, Carlin Wing, Andrew Winn, Saya Woolfalk, and other artists.

The exhibition runs from June 3-July 31, 2009, with all invited to a public reception Friday, June 5, from 4-6 p.m.

The E. Bronson Ingram Studio Art Center, at 25th and Garland on the Vanderbilt campus, is free and open to the public. Gallery Hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. ­ to 4 p.m.
