Vanderbilt receives 11 Emmy nominations
The Vanderbilt News Service received seven Midsouth Regional Emmy nominations and The Learning Science Institute received four for a total of 11.

The winners of the Emmy Awards will be announced in late January at Nashville's downtown Schermerhorn Symphony Center.

The Nashville/Midsouth Chapter of The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences encompasses the states of North Carolina and Tennessee and northern Alabama.
