Children with cancer get help from Hyundai
Hope on Wheels, a united effort of 750 Hyundai dealers to raise awareness for children battling cancer, presented a check for $30,000 to the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt Thursday.

Several patients of the Vanderbilt Childhood Cancer Program placed their painted handprints on a Hyundai Santa Fe along with representatives from Hyundai’s South Central Region and Hallmark Hyundai, Jim Whitlock, M.D., director of the Vanderbilt Childhood Cancer Program, and Kevin Churchwell, M.D., chief executive officer of the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
