Upload the digital copy of the signed agreement

Once we have received this form, Ms. Tina J. Bembry will send you the invoice. Once the check is deposited, you will receive notification as to how to access the data sets online.

Regarding the online access to the datasets, we have two alternatives for you:

1) We have a method of supplying usernames and passwords as authorized users request access. For example Rice University authorized users use this access.

2) We could give you or your institution a unique username and password if you could set, through your proxy server, something similar to the following that UCI uses. (Most subscribers prefer this alternative as it allows the subscriber to use and control the IP address recognition feature).
