Join us at VCIH on Saturday mornings, the first of each month, as we come together to support each other in practicing heartfulness and mindfulness in our day-to-day lives. Gatherings will include practices such as meditation, mindful movement, attunement to breath, and presentations and discussions of topics relevant to spiritual growth and healthy living.
