Participants are invited to submit extended abstracts, 1-3 pages in length, describing current work related to the theme and topics of the Workshop. These should be submitted electronically as a Microsoft Word file, as a Corel WordPerfect file, or as a PDF, to Teri Sparkman. Abstracts should include a title, author(s) and affiliation(s), and should be formatted with one-inch margins on standard 8.5" X 11" pages. Abstracts are due 15 August 2005.
Participants are invited to submit posters describing current work related to the theme and topics of the Workshop.
Onsite Format
Posters should be no larger than 3' X 4'. Participants are responsible for printing their posters and bringing them to the Workshop. We will provide poster panels and mounting materials.
Electronic Format
PDF versions of posters may be submitted electronically to Teri Sparkman for inclusion in the Workshop proceedings. These must be formatted to fit on a standard 8.5" X 11" page. It is therefore important to prepare the posters so that fonts and images remain legible with reduction. Participants are responsible for converting their posters to PDF form. These are due 15 August 2005.
